Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Office Angels have teamed up with our client to on board a dynamic Procurement Administrator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and optimal stock levels!
Responsibilities:
- �? Compare pricing/quotations from various suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities
- ?? Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare reports for analysis
- ?? Resolve queries from customers and suppliers via phone and email
- ?? Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- ?? Work closely with the team to provide quotes and pricing to customers
- ?? Identify potential new suppliers to enhance our offerings
Essential Skills/Competencies:
- ? Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ?? Organisational skills to effectively manage time and workload
- ?? Confident working style with the ability to thrive in a team environment
- ?? IT literate with experience working in an office environment
