Duties & Responsibilities
- Assessing the risk attributed to the application and make a decision based on this
- Build successful working relationships with third parties such as solicitors and valuers
- Understand and assess the relevant supporting documentation such as credit reports, valuation reports and financial statements
- Monitor and report fraudulent activity
- Underwrite approved bridging loan applications
Skills & Experience
- Relevant bridging, commercial or buy-to-let underwriting experience
- Enjoy working in an autonomous environment, as well as working within an established team
- Clear communication skills with the ability to make decisions clearly
- Excellent numeracy skills
