Day-to-day of the role:
- Identify and develop prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the most appropriate product.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, adapting to the customer's buying strategy and encouraging test drives.
- Negotiate price, payment methods, and finance arrangements directly with customers, adhering to company guidelines.
- Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records, and schedule any additional services or work required before delivery.
- Follow up each delivery with a personal call to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for future business.
- Plan and organise your daily selling activities, such as making calls to sales prospects to generate new business.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide seamless service to customers.
