Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to secondary school students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Utilise diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Implement the approved curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with parents to support student development.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary school level.
- Strong passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
