Hoop PS&HR are excited to partner with a leading Welsh-based healthcare organisation, based in Bangor, who is urgently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in supporting the HR Business Partner during an exceptionally busy period, with a focus on generalist HR duties and case management.

This role offers a competitive salary of £31,000 - £34,000 per annum, along with a range of attractive benefits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Handle case management for sickness, absence, and performance-related matters.
  • Facilitate performance management, including appraisals and feedback support.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives based on identified needs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
