We are delighted to be recruiting for a leading UK organisation dedicated to supporting individuals and families. They are in search of a visionary Head of Digital Marketing to join their team and lead their ambitious growth strategy.

This forward thinking company offers 3 days at home and 2 in Bolton. After 6 months, depending on performance there is an option to work a 4 day working week and get paid for 5, this is an excellent perk and opportunity for a great work life balance.

This pivotal role offers ownership of the organisation's digital marketing strategy across the UK. The successful candidate will lead a team of talented digital marketing specialists, driving lead generation through paid search and social media. They will also develop and implement innovative growth plans across existing and new markets.

  • Extensive experience in managing and mentoring high-performing digital marketing professionals
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • A data-driven and analytical approach with a focus on driving measurable results
  • Deep passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and empower a dedicated digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, maximizing business growth with a focus on lead generation.
  • Craft and implement effective growth strategies to expand reach in established and emerging markets.
  • Manage the relationship with the organisation's digital marketing agency and internal IT team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Partner with the CRM and Social Media Manager to map and execute exceptional customer journeys.
  • Manage budgets, report on performance, consistently achieve/exceed targets, and deliver exceptional ROI.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to plan and control budgets for all digital marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, leveraging data insights to optimise campaigns, inform strategic decisions, and drive ROI.
  • Foster strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure marketing initiatives align seamlessly with overall business goals.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying evolving customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Contribute innovative thinking to explore potential new platforms, maintaining the organisation's position as a leader in the digital marketing landscape.
