CDM Consultant
Acting as a Principal Designer or a CDM Consultant, you will be an integral part of our proactive and efficient team. This role promises excellent career progression as we are committed to promoting from within. You will be involved in diverse projects, providing design compliance consultancy and ensuring adherence to construction design management regulations.
CDM Consultant Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections over a varied project portfolio.
- Lead design meetings with clients, ensuring design compliance with CDM regulations.
- Collaborate with a supportive team on prestigious contracts within the core construction sectors.
CDM Consultant Requirements
- At least 1 year of CDM experience.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Technical IOSH membership (TechIOSH) is preferable.
- A degree in Architecture or Engineering is ideal.
