BASIC SALARY TO £22,500 DOE OTE £35-38,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE
My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent in the area**,** are looking for a motivated and adaptable SALES VALUER/LISTER to join their successful team. This would suit an existing valuer or a Senior Negotiator looking to make the next step to Valuation Manager.
Key duties:
- Previous lead follow ups
- Canvassing
- Regular mail outs
- Valuing/listing properties for sale
- Keeping a close eye on the local market and its stock
- Figure reporting directly to the Director
- Booking valuations appointments
- Communicating and working closely with the sales team
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Valuation experience
- Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
- Team player
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Keen interest in the property industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Customer focused
