The role of a Cover Supervisor is to deliver pre-set work to students across all year groups. During your time as a Cover Supervisor at this school you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in the classroom as well as build repour with the students.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to join a school that promotes academic success and provides each student with the support and guidance they need to achieve fantastic results. With a dedicated headteacher who has been with the school for over 9 years and has achieved brilliant results at GCSE.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
  • Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong classroom management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
