About the Role

Base Location: Reading

Salary: £39,415 - £45,136 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Fixed Term (18 months) | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key responsibilities for the role are to:

  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of governance standards and processes.
  • Aid in the development of governance and reporting materials, such as project status reports and executive summaries.
  • Oversee the Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) log to monitor and address project risks and issues.
  • Record changes approved in governance meetings.
  • Coordinate stage gate delivery checkpoints and carry out project reviews.
  • Develop project delivery plans to track project deliverables and relay feedback to the PMO Lead and Performance Management Analyst.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Highly skilled in project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Adept in governance and reporting, with a focus on tracking and reporting project progress and status.
  • Capable of effectively managing RAID with a commitment to timely resolution.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Skilled in analysing and evaluating project deliverables.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management.
