As a People Coordinator, you will facilitate recruitment, learning and development, HR-related tasks, and assist with payroll.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the recruitment process and collaborating with managers on effective hiring strategies.
- Managing candidate pipelines, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment systems.
- Supporting the People Strategy and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinating apprenticeships and handling training inquiries.
- Supporting the employee lifecycle and handling first-line HR queries.
- Managing employee relations cases and coaching managers.
- Assisting with HR projects, maintaining documentation, and planning company events.
- Overseeing the HRIS and coordinating office facilities.
