Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk - £25,000 - £30,000 – (hybrid working) Maidenhead, Berkshire
Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting the Finance Director of a global technology company who is looking for an Accounts Payable clerk on a temporary basis.
This role will be around 6 months to help during their busy period.
About Your New Role:
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
- Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts.
- Verify the expense reports, ensuring employees are paid correctly.
- Processing and completing payments.
- Complete on any ad hoc tasks and support other departments when necessary.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years' experience working in AP
- Comfortable working with Excel and spreadsheets
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
