We are incredibly thrilled to be partnering with one of Gloucestershire's most exciting businesses in their search for a Product Administrator.

What we are looking for:
- You'll need to be driven and want to be successful in the role knowing it could lead to a promotion internally
- They need to have brilliant priority management and good at juggling tasks and requests
- There's going to be a bit of lifting and packing in this role, to help get samples out to customers!
- A passion / interest in wine is preferred...
- A confident person that can hold their own in conversations with customers and salespeople
- Some previous experience within an administrative role is ideal, however we will look at candidates with the right drive and attitude
What you'll be doing:
- Completing administrative work on a system
- Circulating communication on new products etc
- Setting up the Product & commodity codes
- Setting up pricing for supply chain teams
- Sending out Samples to customers
- Creating new barcodes for products and managing Brandbank
- Receiving stock in
- Setting up tastings for the buyers
- Working with marketing
- Buying samples and store visits
- Sale support requests
What you'll get in return:
- The role is very varied, and no day will be the same
- You will get exposure to every part of the business in some aspect
- Flexible core hours from 8 - 6 (starting between 8 or 9 or later on request) with 1 hours lunch (37.5 hours a week)
- Finish 30 min early on Fridays
- 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays and a bonus day for your birthday
- 5% bonus scheme
- Pension match up to 5%
- Office drinks on Friday after 3:30 (while working or down tools later)
