The successful candidate will play a key role in the Accounting & Finance department, supporting financial decision making.

Description

  • Production of monthly management accounts delivered to tight deadlines
  • Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage and support the completion of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all financial data and implement measures to enhance data integrity.
  • Support annual group audit process.
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior accounting staff.
  • Liaise with operations team to support with performance and KPI reporting

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:.

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced with production of Management Accounts and Financial reporting
