What you will be doing:

  • Our Service Advisors are an integral part of our business and one of the most important customer-facing roles across the business.
  • Service Advisors arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services of repairs
  • Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/ Job cards
  • Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department
  • Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.
  • We look at what you can do not what you have done, and career progress and training is something we encourage across all our roles.

What we need from you:

  • Driving licence essential
  • Fantastic Customer Service with outstanding communication skills
  • Automotive Service Department experience preferred
  • You will be patient and a good listener
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages

Salary:

Uncapped OTE upwards of £30,500 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
