Paralegal working for a Family Office, asap start until September / October, or turning permanent for the right fit, 5 days a week in the Office, 10am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support lawyers in estate planning, trust administration, and family governance matters.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including powers of attorney, employment contracts, family agreements
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties to obtain information and updates related to legal matters.
- File documents with courts and administrative agencies
- Maintain and update the family office's legal library
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist external lawyers and law firms.
