Pertemps are recruiting an Executive Assistant for their prestigious West Lothian based client, a market leader in their industry. Our client are seeking an EA to to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support, this role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong experience in a PA or EA role, looking for a new opportunity.
Responsibilities
:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to senior executives and clients.
- Manage and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Organise and manage webinars, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
- Assist with governance matters, including understanding constitutional documents and governance frameworks.
- Produce high-quality, formal meeting minutes and reports.
- Interact with executive-level clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support senior management in delivering exceptional service to clients.
About You
:
- Minimum of HNC level qualification in business studies, secretarial, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PA or EA, with a track record of supporting executive-level staff and delivering high-quality administrative services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Confidence in using digital tools and platforms.
- High attention to detail, excellent client service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
