My client is a little out of the norm, not a hotel or a travel consultancy. They offer a hybrid working pattern (currently 1-2 days in the office) and a 35 hour week,

The Role: As a Sales and Reservations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, managing a dedicated team and ensuring the smooth running of our booking systems. Your role will be pivotal in driving our business forward, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimising client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales and reservations activities.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing customer service environment.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient use of booking systems.
  • Analyse sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of booking systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
