The Position The role involves managing and delivering a variety of complex repair and refurbishment projects, from inception to handover both from reactive maintenance requests and a planned programme of replacements and building fabric improvements from the Forward Maintenance Plan. This position requires close collaboration campuswide, delivering the Estates Strategy within a multi stakeholder environment. The Campus Development team, based at the award-winning Whiteknights Campus, operates within 130 hectares of beautiful parkland and lakes.

The Candidate The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in building surveying, managing small to medium-sized property projects. A relevant professional membership such as MRICS/MCIOB (or equivalent) is required.

Basic salary: £45,585 to £56,585.
