Position: Customer Service Officer - Finance (temporary 3-month contract)
Salary: up to £27,000 D.O.E
Location: Manchester City Centre
My client, a rapidly growing, well-established business based in Manchester City Centre are seeking someone to join their vibrant team as a Customer Service Officer in the Accounts Receivable team. This is a temporary contract, running until the start of September. You will be responsible for processing and raising invoices for any promotional activities and helping to clear the old system during a system migration.
Duties:
- Timely processing of commercial claims
- Providing strong customer service and being the first point of contact for commercial claims
- Resolving queries and complaints
- Daily updating of SAP with claims activities undertaken
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables and Vlookups)
- Have a good attention to detail
- Be performance driven, with an eagerness to learn
