As the Email and CRM Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving the brand's loyalty, engagement, and profitability through innovative CRM strategies. This is a 9-month FTC.
The Role:
- Build and deploy newsletters, emails, and SMS campaigns across regions.
- Optimise and refresh trigger campaigns to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work alongside other CRM specialists to drive regional growth.
The Candidate:
- 1+ years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or luxury.
- Proficient with Email Service Platforms.
- Experienced with Google Analytics.
- Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate about the fashion industry.
