REED are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's branch network team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to the Branch customers
Day to Day of the Role:
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with a mature and credible approach when dealing with third parties and colleagues.
- Perform high-quality cashiering functions and maintain accurate standing data.
- Take responsibility for personal actions, deadlines, and targets.
- Demonstrate organisation, initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a positive approach towards customers and colleagues.
- Perform ad-hoc duties or tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to contribute to team targets and work independently.
- Well-organised, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
Working hours
Mon - Fri - 8.45 - 5.00pm
Two in every 3 Saturday mornings 8.30 - 12.00
