JGA are partnered with a leading accountants that are seeking an experienced Client Payroll Manager to join them and lead their team.
You will enjoy hybrid working (3 days office), you'll be leading a payroll team, and managing your own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team with delivering a leading service to a range of clients.
- Monitor the team and lead on any service improvements.
- Work with senior stakeholders, to implement all new streamlining strategies.
- Lead on new business improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in a client or bureau setting.
- Team management experience.
- Ability to handle multiple complex payrolls.
- Keen eye for improvements and experienced with improvement projects.
