My client are looking for a talented
Assistant Restaurant Manager
to join their front of house team. The venue is in the Michelin, AA, Good Food and Hardens guides and offers an exciting fresh food and drinks menu, unique within Birmingham. You must have experience in a similar managerial position and ideally be able to start in August 2024 or soon thereafter.
What is our client looking for in their new Assistant Restaurant Manager?
- A motivated team player with excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to support the Management Team to achieve financial goals and KPIs
- A WSET Level 2 in Wine and Spirits (or equivalent) will be extremely beneficial.
- Leadership experience in a food service environment
- You must understand and practise basic food safety principles
