RG Consultancy are pleased to be working with an outstanding wholesale company based in Bradford, this company are recruiting for a credit controller to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a standalone credit control position and reports into the financial controller within the team. You will join a team of 4 within the department.
Duties include:
- Chasing payments via telephone and email - adhering to KPIs
- Raising manual invoices and credits
- Dealing with insurance claims and chasing for approvals
- Cash allocation
- Opening new customer accounts and setting payment terms
- Running credit checks for new credit applications
- Management of the whole ledger
- Processing weekly debt downloads for management
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Other ad-hoc duties
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years within credit control (due to this being the sole credit controller)
- Strong MS Excel skills
