As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our school premises are safe, clean, and well-managed. This particular role requires an individual who possesses strong admin skills, can excel to a good level and is able to liaise and supervise contractors and site assistants. This role is across 3 different school sites based in North London. N15, N17, N22
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, security, and cleanliness of school buildings and grounds.
- Manage health and safety procedures.
- Update and organise all statutory checks
- Produce and update relevant risk assessments
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work.
- Collaborate with staff, students, and visitors to create a welcoming environment.
- Some evening and weekend work may be required.
- General DIY and maintenance across the school
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) with barred list check.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Excel knowledge
- Reasonable DIY skills
