Chichester College Group have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Higher Education Recruitment Lead at our West Durrington campus. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £33,526 - £36,639 per annum.

The Higher Education Recruitment Lead role:

The Chichester College Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Higher Education Recruitment Lead to contribute to the Group's HE Strategic Plan by leading on our efforts to attract and enrol students in our higher education programs across the Group.

Reporting to the Vice Principal for Higher Education, the Higher Education Recruitment Lead is pivotal in ensuring a personalised and efficient recruitment service for HE applicants. The role demands a focus on exceptional customer service at all applicant touchpoints as well as cross-group working with Marketing and Sales, Curriculum and Student Support to deliver on the shared objectives of HE growth.

As our Higher Education Recruitment Lead, you will be the leading expert for the Group's HE end-to-end recruitment procedure and will be an expert in the HE recruitment lifecycle, UCAS procedures and deadlines. You will work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Admissions to deliver on the shared objectives and will line manager the Admissions Advisors for the HE element of their role.

You will have a proven track record in successful student recruitment strategies at a HE level, demonstrable knowledge of UCAS procedures and deadlines, exceptional communication skills and a passion for higher education.
