About Us

Think Community Partnership are working with a well-established housing association committed to delivering quality housing and services across Worcestershire. Their focus is on providing excellent customer service, managing our assets effectively, and improving the lives of their residents. We are currently seeking two temporary Administrators to join their Asset Management team in Evesham.

Role Overview

As a Temporary Administrator in the Asset Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective management and maintenance of housing assets. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asset Management team, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update asset records in our management systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Respond to enquiries from residents, contractors, and internal teams, providing information and assistance as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations related to asset management and maintenance projects.
  • Help schedule inspections, maintenance works, and meetings, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation and records comply with internal policies and relevant legislation.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a housing, property management, or asset management environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using database systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
