Quantity Surveyor - High-End Residential - New Builds and Refurbishments

This esteemed company undertakes some of the most prestigious projects and they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team for projects in Surrey, South London, and Central London.
The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team working on a new build property in Surrey but flexible with days either in Victoria, London or Weybridge, Surrey. Responsibilities include full procurement and delivery, client engagement, CVR cost reporting and account management. This role is pivotal for anyone aspiring to advance into a Senior Quantity Surveyor position in the luxury construction market within the next few years.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
- Overall responsibility for project delivery.
- Calculation of all prime costs on developments within the business.
- Handling valuations and payment notices.
- Providing detailed cost budget plans and sharing them with the site team.
- Maintaining schedules of quantities and pricing them for the prime cost budget.
- Preparing estimates for all costs, including subcontractors and materials.
- Leading full procurement and delivery processes.
- Lead progress meetings.
- Engaging with the client team.
- Conducting CVR cost reporting.
- Managing accounts.
Essential Experience
- Background in new build and refurb projects.
- Preferable experience in the luxury, high-end, and super prime sector.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
