Up to £35,000 dependent on experience + Performance Related Bonus - OTE Year 1 £45,000

Proudly recognised as the UK's leading supplier of janitorial, cleaning and hygiene products our client is now looking for an experienced Territory Account Manager to contribute to the sales success of the Castleford operation.

As the successful Territory Account Manager for this location, you will develop relationships and progress sales opportunities creating business growth by telephone outreach and attending face to face meetings understanding client needs and matching product lines to this need whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our clients base within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the territory, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations

Sales Performance:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Utilise CRM software to track and manage sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Supporting the leadership team, to ensure peers targets are met, working as one collaborative team

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • Previous experience in a similar senior account management role
  • A consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable working with high financial targets
  • A strong leader who's eager to help others reach the heights they're capable of
  • Experience working with lengthy sales cycles
  • Hungry to succeed and thrive in a targeted, performance-measured culture
