7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday
7.30am - 1.30pm Friday

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are the exclusive staffing partner to a well-established manufacturer of high-end performance security products.
Due to an expanding business we are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a hands on approach, responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day manufacturing operations.
The successful Production Manager duties will include:
- Production and Logistics planning implementation.
- Supervision and leadership of a team of 14 production staff.
- Quality control ensuring all products meet internal quality standards.
- Health and safety.
- Equipment maintenance.
- Communication with team members and directors.
- Compliance.
- Inventory management.
- NCRs and continuous improvement.
- Reporting to Operational Director and Factory Manager.
Required experience & characteristics of the Production Manager:
- Experience in manufacturing/production operations, working with sheet metal and machinery.
- Excellent communication, leadership and management skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Experience in Health and safety working.
- Ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment.
- Able to hit the ground running.
