Product Manager

Our client is a purpose led organisation in the health and wellness industry, and due to growth and expansion is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in either retail, ecommerce, FMCG or health and wellness products.

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the success of current product lines, managing the product lifecycle and NPD process, ensuring product offerings align with market trends and consumer needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for market trends, the ability to negotiate with suppliers on pricing and strong reporting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and NPD teams to ensure seamless product development from ideation to launch.
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise the user experience.
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring that all teams (sales, marketing, support) are aligned and equipped to support the product.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and customer feedback to continuously enhance the product offering.

Person Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in FMCG, ecommerce or retail
  • Understanding of product lifecycle, agile development processes, and familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Proficient in data analysis, market research, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including design, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
