Training Compliance Administrator- National Training Provider
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 4 days remote, 1 day in-office)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting apprenticeship, recruitment, and training functions. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to work remotely for four days a week with one day in the office based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities of the Training Compliance Administrator
Apprenticeships:
- Onboarding apprenticeship learners, ensuring compliance before enrolment
- Inputting learner data into the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
- Attending DAS and apprenticeship compliance meetings
- Generating reports and updating CRM systems
Recruitment:
- Auditing recruitment placements and issuing contracts
- Drafting and sending recruitment terms and conditions
Training Scheduling & Administration:
- Managing enrolment, attendance tracking, and exam administration
- Supporting bootcamp project processes and training schedules
- Data analysis and reporting on training outcomes
General Administration & Support:
- Organising training courses and maintaining internal systems
- Supporting office management, staff engagement, and ad hoc projects
Candidate Requirements for the Training Compliance Administrator
- Previous experience working in a Training/Recruitment Administration field
- Knowledge of Apprenticeships and Skills BootCamps would be highly desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM or similar reporting systems
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders
