Location - Rochester
Salary - Highly competitive DOE
Hours - Rotating shifts: 6 am - 1.30 pm or 1.30 pm - 9 pm on a weekly rotating pattern OR there is a night shift 9 pm - 6am

Our client, an established and expanding print company is looking for a Print Operator to join their team.
Responsibilities for the role of Print Operator
- Set up and operate HP Indigo digital presses
- Load substrates and inks into the machine
- Calibrate the press to ensure accurate colour reproduction and print quality
- Monitor the printing process to ensure it meets the required specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during printing
- Check quality standards in line with company requirements
- Run units in standard day to day production shifts
- Replace consumables such as imaging oil, blankets, and photoconductors
Specification for the role of Print Operator
- Must have at least 3 years' worth of experience in a similar role or print industry
- Must be able to manage tasks to a production deadline
- Will have a sound knowledgebase of substrates and operating HP series 4 unit
- Will be able to follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Have the ability to recognise and adhere to company policies and industry regulations
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
