This role will be working in the Commercial division and working closely onsite with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

This role will be working closely with other teams in the business, working closely with senior management and managing both internal and sub contract labour.
MUST have experience with fit out package delivery and a good understanding of mechanical and electrical works.

The role of a Project Manager:
- To maintain close communication with numerous stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including but not limited to the following: designers both internal and external, architects, estimating department, key account leads, project commercial teams both in house and client side, sub-contractors, manufacturers and specialist suppliers, client agents, commissioning teams and high-profile customers.
- To be a key contributor from conception, through the design stages, managing the delivery and ensuring that each project is successfully handed over and closed out in a professional manner to the highest of standards
- Previous track record of delivering Fit-Out & MEP Projects to a high standard.
- Confident and effective communication, ability to chair meetings, driving outcomes, ensuring the production of accurate records of discussions, actions and deadlines.
- Familiar with Submission procedures and sign off.
- Ability to make sound business decisions under pressure.
- Prepare and present progress reports to high-end clients and project stakeholders.
- Great communicator, driven and focused.
- Excellent time management, ability to delegate, prioritise key tasks and workload when working to strict deadlines.
