Our leading Financial Services client is looking for highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team for a 12 months initial contract.

The role

You will provide a comprehensive range of business analysis services to support our change projects, bringing clarity to complex situations and using appropriate analysis techniques to define, agree, and document scope and requirements. You will produce a range of analysis artefacts, manage changes to scope and requirements, and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle of your projects.

What are we looking for?

You will have demonstrable experience of working a Business Analyst and will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines and confident in planning and managing your own workload.

An important part of the job is working closely with key stakeholders to support the clients strategic objectives so strong stakeholder management skills are essential. You will be a strong team player who works collaboratively, challenges positively, and communicates effectively. You will be able to explain complex concepts in an understandable way and you will approach all tasks with enthusiasm and positivity.

Our business is complex, and our change programmes reflect this therefore you will be a self-starter, who can learn quickly, act autonomously, and apply your experience and skills across many disciplines. Furthermore, you are able to develop and implement pragmatic solution ideas.

Essential:

  • Proficient in English and German (speech and writing)
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis and general analytical techniques
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Experience in the Financial industry

Desirable:

  • Experience in working in a migration programme
  • Knowledge of the German Annuities and Retirement Planning industry
  • Knowledge of the German and Austrian regulations and Code of Conduct (CoC)
