Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and plan a varied workload, effectively handling conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
- Influence and negotiate with both internal and external customers at all levels.
- Provide exceptional customer care and maintain excellent communication throughout all interactions.
- Utilise advisory, guiding, and persuasive skills to manage and resolve difficult situations effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT systems to support administrative tasks and team functions.
- Ensure compliance with property and building administration, focusing on safety policies and contractor documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong customer care and communication skills.
- Capable of advising, guiding, and persuading in challenging situations.
- Excellent IT skills, comfortable with various software and administrative systems.
- Must have knowledge of gas safety, water hygiene, lift safety policies.
- Experience in property management with a strong understanding of relevant terminology and contractor health and safety is essential.
