Building Manager - London - £50k- £60k doe - 25 days annual leave - Residential New Build

A new development with close to 200 apartments, due to open early next year close to the Thames are seeking it's leader to deliver great service and standards; managing the facilities, concierge and housekeeping and estate teams, whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team within a residential setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will have mobilisation or extensive refurbishment experience and come with residential management experience or another environment with similar operational needs.

You must be a team motivator and a hands on manager and be comfortable with all areas including plant room, managing H&S and making sure your site is compliant with all the necessary building regulations.

This is a Monday to Friday position but some flexibility will be required especially in first year of operation.

You Must Have:

  • Experience of working as a Manager in a residential block setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
  • Track record of managing maintenance, housekeeping and facility issues
  • Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes
