In this role you will:

:• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.

  • Ensure branch systems are functioning correctly and perform routine maintenance checks and updates.
  • Support with new system implementation.
  • Identify inefficiencies in branch operations and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support branch initiatives and projects.
  • Work closely with the wider services department to deal with ad-hoc system enquiries.
  • Look at processes and how we are using data, recommending improvements.
  • Accurately input data into our bespoke systems, with excellent attention to detail.

About you:

  • Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, proactively keeping them informed and up to date.
  • Data Driven – the ability to use data to paint a picture for the business.
  • Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support.
  • Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks.
  • Analytical – working with excellent attention to detail, understanding the story behind the data.
