In this role you will:
:• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure branch systems are functioning correctly and perform routine maintenance checks and updates.
- Support with new system implementation.
- Identify inefficiencies in branch operations and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to support branch initiatives and projects.
- Work closely with the wider services department to deal with ad-hoc system enquiries.
- Look at processes and how we are using data, recommending improvements.
- Accurately input data into our bespoke systems, with excellent attention to detail.
About you:
- Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, proactively keeping them informed and up to date.
- Data Driven – the ability to use data to paint a picture for the business.
- Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support.
- Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks.
- Analytical – working with excellent attention to detail, understanding the story behind the data.
