Management Accountant - Permanent - Leicestershire - up to £50,000 per annum DOE
We are working with our client to help them recruit for a proactive and diligent Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This role is critical in supporting the business with detailed and accurate weekly accounts, reporting, and driving efficiency improvements.
You will partner with key stakeholders across the business, both financial and non-financial, to ensure strong commercial and operational decision-making. Your role will involve producing comprehensive management accounts, implementing robust processes and controls, and supporting operational cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and present management accounts to stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain financial processes and controls.
- Ensure accuracy and robustness of financial information through effective interrogation.
- Balance sheet and Cashflow
- Calculations of weekly materials, labour costs, overhead costs
- Weekly reporting packs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Finalist/QBE CIMA/ACCA qualification.
- Proficiency in Excel and other computer applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Continuous improvement mindset, willing to innovate and improve practices.
