Sortation Operative
- Hourly Rate: £11.44 (increasing to £12.15 after 12-week probation)

- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-17:30, Friday 07:30-16:00
We are looking for a dedicated Sortation Operative to join our team in Andover. Day-to-day of the role:
- Sorting clean waste and managing the process to produce recycled material.
- Working collaboratively within a team to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Ensuring the general cleanliness of the site is maintained.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks.
- A proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
- No formal qualifications are required, but previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
