Manager, Identity and Access Management

Identity and Access Management Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the firm's IAM strategy and ensuring secure, compliant access to critical systems. This role manages all aspects of identity governance, access controls, and privileged access management, aligning these functions with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the firm's IAM strategy, driving initiatives that support security, compliance, and business objectives.
  • Program Management: Oversee IAM operations, including role management, access certifications, and technology implementation (SSO, MFA, PAM).
  • Risk and Compliance: Ensure IAM practices meet regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and manage risk through access controls, audits, and governance.
  • Technology and Innovation: Lead automation and modernization efforts, staying current on emerging IAM trends and threats.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT, Risk, and business units to align IAM initiatives, gaining buy-in across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Information Security, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years in information security, with 5+ years in IAM leadership within financial services.
  • Expertise in IAM technologies, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
