Head of Religious Studies Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Religious Studies department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement an engaging curriculum that covers various religious traditions and beliefs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that supports students' spiritual and moral development.
- Organize and oversee faith-related events and activities within the school.
- Support and mentor other teachers in the department, promoting professional development.
Head of Religious Studies Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of religious studies and faith education.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
