Location: Manchester (hybrid)

Hours: Monday- Friday shifts between 8am-6pm

Salary: £22,308

Our client is seeking an Appeals Administrator to join their busy team in Manchester. This role offers a hybrid working pattern and an incentive led team. Our client is well known within the debt recovery space and employs over 400 people.

Key Responsibilities of the Appeals Administrator:

  • Responding to written appeals for private parking charge notices
  • Analysing case-by-case data and collating the relevant written response
  • Operating a customer service phone line to provide advice on how to appeal
  • Self-motivating and managing their own workload
  • Possessing good problem-solving skills

Required knowledge and experience for the Appeals Administrator role:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Speed of thought and decision making
  • Computer experience - a good understanding of Outlook, Excel and Word is required
