TENANCY PROGRESSOR - RICKMANSWORTH - SALARY UP TO £30K

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked/ is working in either Tenancy Progression or Lettings within an estate agency/ lettings environment.

Tenancy Progressor Role:
- Responsibility for introducing the paperwork process for new deals to new Lettings Negotiators and Lettings Manager
- Preparation and completion of tenancy agreements
- Collection and organisation of important documents (landlord, tenant and property)
- Adding information and documents to system software
- Organising and managing tenant references
- Liaising with prospective residents during the tenancy progression process
- Conducting the tenancy progression process for all new tenancies commencing across the Portfolio
- Dealing with Tenancy Swaps, adding tenants and all admin work involved for the completion of the process
- Sending recommended information to residents
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements relating to new tenancies
- Providing Inventory Check-in documents to Tenants and Landlords
- Arranging Professional clean and Inventory checks
- Assisting in other areas of the process as required
The Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience within Tenancy or Lettings
- Orgainised
- Confident and professional
- Strong communicator
- Well presented
- Used to delivering a high standard of customer service
- ARLA qualified desirable, but not essential.
