About Us:
We are seeking a large, Ofsted 'Outstanding' school in the Borough of Barking and Dagenham. From September, they are looking for a long-term Year 5 Teacher. The successful Year 5 Teacher will be committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for the children. Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team as a Year 5 Teacher
- Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils
- Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback accordingly.
- Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- QTS or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience
- Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum
- Prior experience as a Year 5 Teacher
- UK classroom-based experience
