Are you a passionate and results-driven operations professional looking to make a significant impact? As Operations Excellence Manager with this award-winning, creative and fast-growing business, you'll drive positive change across its warehouse fulfilment operations, as well as playing a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize processes that align with business objectives and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Operational Efficiency: Define, measure, and continuously improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and performance.

Technology Adoption: Leverage technology solutions to streamline operations and drive innovation.

Customer Onboarding: Manage and support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

Peak Performance: Provide operational support during peak periods and manage key projects.

Health & Safety: Champion a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Financial Management: Develop operational forecasts, adhere to budgetary requirements, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Accreditation Support: Ensure compliance with accreditation criteria and implement necessary policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ideally - knowledge of warehouse / logistics / fulfilment processes
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and technology implementation.
  • Ideally - previous experience / knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborative working style, able to work cross-functionally across the business
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, particularly in Excel.
