We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service both over the phone and in person within our office meeting rooms. This role requires an individual who can differentiate between financial products such as credit cards, bank accounts, and investments, and who is eager to learn about the probate process and understanding Wills.

Day to day of the role:

  • Engage with customers and companies via telephone and in-person meetings.
  • Learn about the probate process and how to read and understand Wills, with full training and a period of self-study
  • Utilise Microsoft Office applications to write professional letters and emails.
  • Navigate and use Excel for various tasks, with a working knowledge being advantageous.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members to resolve any customer queries.
  • Navigate between floors using stairs, as the office does not have wheelchair access.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to write professional correspondence.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new information and tasks.
  • Team player with a helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
