HR & Recruitment Assistant
Monday to Thursday 07:30am – 16:30pm Friday 07:30 – 13:30pm
Salary: 25k - 30k experience dependant
Are you an experience HR & recruitment assistant seeking a new challenge on a permanent basis ? If you enjoy working in fast paced environments as part of a valued team then this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with temporary recruitment campaigns
- Prepare and send contracts of employment and recruitment packs to new employees
- Support the HR team in new starter inductions
- Note taking in HR/ER meetings and support managers in low level ER cases
- Prepare and respond to incoming and outgoing reference requests
- Any other administration duties to support the requirement of the business
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 adventitious
- Team player and flexible in their approach to work
- High quality verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong IT Skills, MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel
