HR & Recruitment Assistant

Monday to Thursday 07:30am – 16:30pm Friday 07:30 – 13:30pm

Salary: 25k - 30k experience dependant

Are you an experience HR & recruitment assistant seeking a new challenge on a permanent basis ? If you enjoy working in fast paced environments as part of a valued team then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with temporary recruitment campaigns
  • Prepare and send contracts of employment and recruitment packs to new employees
  • Support the HR team in new starter inductions
  • Note taking in HR/ER meetings and support managers in low level ER cases
  • Prepare and respond to incoming and outgoing reference requests
  • Any other administration duties to support the requirement of the business

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 adventitious
  • Team player and flexible in their approach to work
  • High quality verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong IT Skills, MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel
