Digital Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will to support us in the day to day running of our outsourced sales programs. The role will involve performance management of our outsourced vendors, internal and external stakeholder management and assistance with project management for our business, including task progress tracking and communication cascades. Key success factors in this role include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills across different levels of the organization, proficiency in project management tools and processes, and the ability to quickly understand, organize and simplify complexity under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in either sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales, ideally in the tech industry
Knowledge of the advertising industry with an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
Experience of working with project management tools such as Asana or Jira
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups internally and externally to produce meaningful results
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized
Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth
Strong analytical skills and process mgmt. skills, high attention to detail and rigor, can-do attitude, and desire to learn
Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills across functions and regions
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive for making an impact
